A 1930s beach duplex known to locals as the "Bikini Top" and "Bikini Bottom" — two blocks from the sand, a stroll from the pier.

There are some personal boxes sitting in the upstairs hallway that need to be moved out before showings.
Dropping in a white rock driveway would be a smart improvement — adds curb appeal without a heavy renovation cost.
